FROM SCREEN TO STREET

A SIMPLE, PRACTICAL
FABRICATION PATH.

  1. 01DESIGN FLAT

Set real dimensions, then use cut lines or engraved marks. Keep lettering connected with stencil bridges if interiors must stay attached.

  2. 02EXPORT & REVIEW

Send a 1:1 SVG or DXF. A fabricator converts text to outlines and checks kerf, minimum features, edge distance, and mounting.

  3. 03CUT THE SHEET

Laser is the usual choice for steel; waterjet avoids heat and suits thicker or reflective materials. CNC helps with pockets and edge finishing.

  4. 04FINISH & MOUNT

Deburr first, then powder coat, anodize, passivate, or let Corten weather. Add standoffs, tabs, or holes in final CAD.
